本项目是在位于武汉塔子湖区域的公寓楼内设计一个钢琴培训中心。场地视野通透。将原有相邻转角处两个单元打通合并为一个整体进行设计。
悦心钢琴培训中心层高4.8m。客户对于空间功能的要求较多,单层面积不能够满足,所以为使空间更有使用效率与空间层次加设了夹层。主要需求功能空间有:一个多功能音乐厅,七个琴房及作为辅助功能空间的办公室、储藏室、厕所和厨房。
入口为正对logo墙的门厅,走过较为狭窄的门厅后是开敞的多功能音乐厅,可兼作音乐厅、展厅、教学、接待、酒会、休息等多功能使用。琴房主要集中于一层里侧以及二层,动静分区明确,不同公共性及私密程度的空间得以建立。
我们在音乐厅尽端设置了去往夹层的楼梯,没有直接设置楼梯栏杆而是在楼梯处设计了兼有音乐厅舞台背景、休憩观看座位与扶手保护功能的铜色镀钛不锈钢装置。装置设计的灵感来源于被弹奏的钢琴跳动的琴键,希望能让作为“凝固的音乐”的空间和作为空间功能主体的音乐及旋律相互表达,合而成为“空间中流动的旋律”。
在夹层的中央设置了一个小型中庭,让一层二层能联系流通起来,通过二层中庭走廊也能看到楼下音乐厅演奏。演奏厅、装置、楼梯、中庭、走道之间不同的空间关系使观看与被观看间视角丰富了起来。
色调以白色及木色为主,与黑色钢琴互相衬托。希望艺术教育在这样安静典雅温馨的气氛中孕育.
This project aims at designing a piano training center located in an apartment building in Ta Zi Lake district, Wuhan. The site has a wonderful city view after the modification which combined the two adjacent corner apartments into one whole unit.
Yuexin Piano Training Center has a floor height of 4.8 meter.As the client has specific requirements for the functionality of space,since the floor area of one single story cannot fulfill the functional needs, an interstitial floor is added to make use of the space more efficiently and interesting.The major functional spaces include one multifunctional music hall, seven piano rooms, and auxiliary rooms such as office room, storage room, toilet, and kitchen.
The entrance is the foyer facing the wall with the piano center logo. Walking through the narrow foyer, we will enter the multifunctional room that can be used as music hall, showroom, classroom, reception, and lounge. Piano rooms locate on the first floor across the multifunctional room and second floor.The dynamic and static space have been divided distinctly so that public and private space can be built upon.
We have set the stairs towards the interstitial level at the end of the music hall. A coppery stainless-steel installation with titanium coating has been designed to replace the traditional staircase railing, which has additional functions as the stage background, resting seat, and handrail protector. The idea of this installation design came from the moving piano keys. We hope the “frozen music” space can correspond to the music and melody played in the room merging into “flowing melody interior”.
A small courtyard is placed in the center of the interstitial level that connects the first and second floors. The courtyard provides an overview view of the music hall. The spatial relationship between music hall, installation, staircase, courtyard, and corridor enrich the view.
The main color tones of this project are white and wood color in contrast to black pianos. We hope this design can generate a serene and elegant atmosphere for the music education.
